Every project starts with questions like, “What would families really want from this product? How will it help them?” Answers are often provided in talks with parents, led by our Child Research experts. The process involves lots of sketches (and lots of changes). The design team addresses the feedback, then sends the product out for In-Home Testing, because “there’s nothing like seeing how families really use it,” says product designer Devin.
