While traditional baby books look beautiful, they often end up empty, collecting dust on a shelf. Check out one of these great digital ways to record your baby’s first smiles, steps, and vacations that I’ve found to be useful.
. As a busy parent, I found that Tinybeans was easy to use and helpful when creating a beautiful baby journal. Simply take a photo with the mobile app and the image will automatically upload to your Tinybeans Calendar Journal. My favorite feature was that my husband and I were able to upload photos to the same journal. I also liked that the calendar was private by default, but shareable with family and friends if you want.
. Blinkbuggy is a traditional online baby book. You can upload photos, quotes, milestones, artwork, and longer letters to your child, creating a complete book that is also searchable. I really like the fact that you can tag your entries with terms like “milestones” to make it easy to find entries later. This baby book is also private, but you can share posts with family and friends if you choose to.
Day One app
. Day One is an online journal rather than a baby book. It has taggable entries and the ability to export posts to a PDF so you can print a hard copy of your baby book if you want. It’s simple to upload photos and notes to the app, which appear in a stream in your timeline. I also added my own journal notes with different tags, so it doubles as a baby book and my personal journal.
