My son is allergic to milk and soy proteins and none of the crackers for kids are safe for him. Is there a safe recipe I can make so he can learn to eat with his hands like normal children?
Angie, I have two websites for you to look at: kidswithfoodsallergies.org and wholesomebabyfood.com. The first website has recipes for multiple types of allergies and appears to be community based; families send in recipes they have used. I would also recommend you go to the bottom of the homepage and look at the allergy links. As for the second site, it has excellent lists of foods to avoid for specific allergies. Although it appears to be geared to the infant, the lists are appropriate for any age. Good luck!
