- 12 dates, pitted
- ½ cup low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 thin slice American or cheddar cheese
- Chocolate sprinkles

- Using scissors, cut open each date along one side to form the shell of penguin's body.
- Open date and fill with softened cream cheese to make the white belly.
- Set the penguin upright on a white plate.
- Cut cheese slice into tiny triangles to form the feet and beak.
- Place 2 triangles at the bottom of the penguin to form the feet.
- Place 1 triangle at the top of the white part of the penguin to make the beak.
- Place 2 chocolate sprinkles above the beak to make the eyes.
- Set the penguins in the refrigerator and chill until serving time.

- 1 10-ounce package frozen strawberries, thawed (or use fresh, pureed)
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Variety of cut-up fruits for dipping, such as apple, pear, pineapple, banana, papaya, melon and grapes

- Thaw and drain frozen strawberries (or puree fresh strawberries).
- In the blender, combine strawberries with softened cream cheese and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
- Cut fruit into bite-site pieces and place in individual bowls.
- Serve with toothpicks or small forks and have kids dip fruits into strawberry cream cheese mixture.

- 2 cups orange juice
- 16 ice cubes

- Combine half the ingredients in the blender and whirl until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Repeat for remaining ingredients and serve.

- In a large pitcher, prepare frozen lemonade according to package directions.
- Mix in cranberry juice.
- Pour into individual glasses.
- Add finely crushed ice cubes tinted with food coloring for added fun and serve with silly straws.
