Always be sure your hand and the activity card are not covering the red window on the front of the InteracTV controller when removing and inserting an activity card.

Here are some tips that may help you during the quick set-up:
Make sure you are using fresh alkaline batteries inside your InteracTV controller.
If you have followed the instructions on the quick set-up sheet and your InteracTV controller is still not working with your DVD player, try the set up again from the beginning. It is possible that one of the numbers did not register when you entered in your DVD code.
When pressing the numbers on the programming card, make sure you press each number firmly and slowly. The green light on your controller should blink one time after each number is pressed. When the fourth digit is pressed, make sure the green light on your InteracTV controller blinks one long blink. If you do NOT see this long blink, remove the programming card, re-insert it into the controller and try the same code again.
NOTE: After repeated attempts, if you still do NOT see the long blink, remove the programming card and enter the next code listed under ALL MODELS.
How can I replay or skip sections of a game? The forward and backward arrow buttons on your InteracTV controller can be used to skip a game or to return to a previous section of a game.
Always make sure you remove the activity card from your InteracTV controller slowly, wait a few seconds, and then insert an activity card.

Why does my DVD player respond so slowly when I press a button on my InteracTV controller? Each DVD player will respond differently to your InteracTV controller. Some players will take longer to access the DVD then other players do. For the best results, please make sure that you press the button one time and then wait a few seconds for a reaction from your DVD player. If you do not get a reaction from your DVD player after a few seconds, try pressing the button again. Also, make sure you are pressing the buttons firmly.
Where can I find the model number for my DVD player? Typically the model number for your DVD player is on the back panel of your DVD player. It may also be shown on the front side of your DVD player or on your DVD player's remote control.

The InteracTV DVD does not appear to be playing properly in my DVD player. What should I do? You may need to clean your InteracTV DVD. Please remove the DVD from your player and clean it using a soft cloth. Always make sure you wipe the DVD from the inside towards the outside in a straight line to avoid scratching the DVD. Please note that InteracTV was designed to play on many DVD player types. Some DVDplayers may not be compatible with the InteracTV DVD. If your DVD player is having trouble playing the InteracTV DVD, please call the Fisher-Price customer service department at 1-888-892-6123.
I removed an activity card and it does not bring me back to the menu screen. It appears that I am stuck in an activity. What can I do? If you are still stuck in an activity after repeated attempts to remove and insert an activity card, please place the activity card back into the InteracTV controller and wait for the next activity to appear on the screen. When the next activity appears on the screen, remove the card from your InteracTV controller. The menu screen should now appear on the screen. If the menu screen does not appear on your screen you need to restart the InteracTV DVD. Press stop on your DVD player and then press play to restart the DVD.
How can I properly store the InteracTV DVD and activity cards? Always make sure you store your InteracTV DVD and activity cards in the storage case that was included with your InteracTV system and software packs.
