Ingredients:
Apples, pears or peaches (or one of each)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, cut in small bits
1/2 cup uncooked oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
Ask a grown-up to wash and slice the fruit, then place the slices into a buttered baking dish. Mix together the oats, cinnamon and sugar, then work the butter in with your fingers until it's crumbly. Sprinkle this topping over the apple slices and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
