Where can I buy replacement pieces for Fisher-Price® products I already own?
If you would like to purchase replacement parts for one of our Fisher-Price toys or children's products you can contact our consumer affairs department by:
How do I get a current complete catalogue of Fisher-Price® products?
You are sitting in front of the most up-to-date catalogue of Fisher-Price® products, our website. Even our Consumer Affairs department can't offer you a more current catalogue. If you would like to provide this online information to a friend or relative for personal use you may print any of the product pages in our online Showroom or Personal Shopper. This information is not intended for commercial or other uses without the written permission of Fisher-Price.
Where can I find out how much my old Fisher-Price toys are worth?
Fisher-Price is not in the collector market nor do we currently maintain information on the value of discontinued toys. We also do not provide photographs nor parts lists for discontinued toys. You may wish to check with a local toy collector/dealer for this information. We appreciate your interest in Fisher-Price toys, but regret that we are unable to assist you directly at this time.
How do I submit an idea for a new toy or children's product?
We have established a policy of not reviewing outside submissions, except from a limited number of firms and individuals that have had previous, long-standing relationships with Fisher-Price. We realise that at times we may pass up ideas that could be opportunities for us, but we believe our policy is necessary to avoid possible conflicts with our own product development efforts. This policy also prevents us from disclosing the names of those people.
