To download your software, you will need the lastest version of the Adobe Flash Player.
You can download it here for free. Follow the instructions to install the player. When you have completed the installation (it should take less than 2 minutes) you can return to this page and press the RELOAD or REFRESH button on your browser window to continue.

The use of Adobe Flash Player 8 or higher is recommended
in order to prevent a security warning from occuring in certain cases.

2. When the download is complete a message will say, "Your file is ready". Click on the executable on your desktop.

3. Now the Welcome to Knows Your Name Phone! window appears. Click Continue.

4. Now a 2nd Welcome to Knows Your Name Phone! window appears. This box allows you to select where you would like to save the Knows Your Name Phone program. As a default the program will be saved in your Program files. You can change the path, or Click OK.

5. If this is the first time you are downloading a Knows Your Name product then a 3rd Welcome to Knows Your Name Phone! window appears. Click YES.

6. All files have now been successfully downloaded onto your computer. Click OK.

7. Connect the Knows Your Name Phone to your PC via a 5 pin Mini USB cable. Use a Mini 5-Pin Type B USB cable such as those used with most digital cameras and camcorders (not included).

8. Launch the Elmo KYN Phone program by clicking on the icon on your desktop.

9. Now the Elmo KYN Phone software window will appear. Click Download. When it reaches 100%, disconnect the KYN Phone from your PC and click QUIT to exit.

Now your phone is programmed with the name you have selected.
