How your child plays now:

  • Social play becomes more important for 2-year-old children. If other children are around, your two-year-old may "explode" into activity.
  • He plays with toys by himself, fitting the pieces into his puzzle board.
  • He imitates those he knows and likes to do what they do.
  • At this stage in his development, he begins to use a crayon
  • He puts words together to make simple sentences and can follow simple instructions.
