Too tired at day’s end to remember everything you need to accomplish before tomorrow? Breeze through this checklist before going to bed each night. Then, when your head hits the pillow, you can put it all behind you.
  • Clean up dinner dishes

  • Process paperwork (permission slips, bills, etc.)

  • Check homework

  • Set out everything for tomorrow, including purse, keys and outfits

  • Pack lunches

  • Do a 10-minute clutter clean-up

  • Review your to-do list

  • Spend 15 minutes (or more!) on “me” time
