Very Disappointing My 19 month old son received this for Christmas. It seemed like a good idea because he likes to push things around. The handle doesn't say up which wouldn't be a huge issue except to get the center to spin and balls to pop you have to apply some pressure. It is hard to apply pressure and have the handle stay up and can cause the mower to tip over. There are two sound settings. Low is a little too low for him (good for me) and the high setting is a little loud. I think the handle issue is why my son loses interest quickly. January 4, 2013
Hanlde does not stay up I bought this for my 10 month old son. He is starting to walk and thought this would be great in assisting him.....NOPE. The handle does does not stay up was very disappointed. September 2, 2012
Loud But Fun! Received 2 of these for my daughter's 1st birthday, we kept the pink one. She was just starting to walk, but that didn't keep her from enjoying this toy. She played with everything on it and would sit and push it back and forth. As she learned to walk better she started walking around pushing it. Yes, the handle doesn't stay up, it's not for a child who needs to support themselves on a toy to walk, but if you work with them and give them time, they will learn to walk and push this around. It is a little noisy, ok a lot noisy, we weren't prepared for how noisy, but our daughter loves it and that's what matters. It's keep her attention, makes her laugh, easy to clean and has held up just fine for 6 months and I see it lasting a long time. May 7, 2012
Definitely a good toy...Little on the noisy side. My son LOVES this mower. However after getting it out of the package and he started playing with it, we found out how annoyingly loud the balls in it were. It was fine for outside but too noisy inside. If you are any bit mechanically inclined you can take the screws out of the bottom and remove the balls, which makes this toy INCREDIBLE for play inside. If one was to want balls in it without as much noise, I bet the little rubber "Super Balls" would be a great substitute for the hard plastic ones that it comes with. As far as the handle not staying up I believe this toy is better suited for a child who can already walk as opposed to a walking aid for children who cannot walk quite yet. April 20, 2012
