Q:
I have had hypertension most of my life. I am now eight weeks pregnant with my second child. I delivered my first child by C-section because at 36 weeks she wasn't thriving in my womb, and I was developing pre-eclampsia. I have already cut out as much salt from my diet as I can. I'm taking medication and am trying to drink more water, up to 36 ounces a day. Is there anything else I can do to help this pregnancy go full–term?
