TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland. Over 18 years only (You may be required to provide proof of age before we can deliver your prize). Employees and their immediate families of Mattel UK, its agents, third parties and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are ineligible.

2. The offer only applies to Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ die-cast engines (excludes Take-n-Play™ playsets and Take-n-Play™ accessory/track packs) purchased between 01.03.2013 and 30.06.2013.

3. There is a limited number of engines available (900 Special Edition Silver Thomas engines) and once all have been claimed any remaining application with receipts will not be accepted.

4. An original receipt or delivery receipt (if purchased online) is the only accepted proof of purchase and can only be used once.

5. The opening date of the promotion is 01.03.2013.

6. The closing date for application with receipts is 18.07.2013.

7. Once all 900 engines have been claimed, no further applications with receipts will be accepted and a letter to unsuccessful applications will be mailed.

8. Original receipts and delivery receipts will be returned to the sender.

9. To claim your free Special Edition Silver Thomas engine please send your name, age, address for delivery (must be in the UK or Republic of Ireland) and original receipts or delivery receipts of 8 (eight) Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ die-cast engines to Thomas Collector Offer PO Box 5, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, BA15 2NZ.

10. The exclusive free Special Edition Silver Thomas engine is not available until 03.04.2013, please allow 28 days for delivery or 28 days from 03.04.2013 if you redeemed before this time.

11. Limit 1 Special Edition Silver Thomas engine per mailing address.

12. Mattel UK Ltd. will not accept responsibility for any entries or receipts that are lost or delayed for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

13. Mattel UK Ltd. reserved the right to cancel the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its own opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

14. No cash or other alternative will be provided for the Special Edition Silver Thomas engine.

15. The Special Edition Silver Thomas engine is subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

16. Applications must be over the age of 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, please ask a parent or guardian to submit the application.

17. This competition is governed by English law and the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
