2013 Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ Calling All Engines Promotion

Official Rules

1. During the Promotion Purchase Period from February 15, 2013 to December 31, 2013, buy 10 (ten) of selected Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ items (excludes Take-n-Play playsets and Take-n-Play accessory/track packs) from participating Canadian retailers. Engines must be from the SKU numbers –

• R8852 Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ Medium/Large Engine Assortment and/or
• T0929 Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ Small Vehicle/Engine Assortment
• W6267 Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ Pull’n’ Zoom. Assortment
• X7371 Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ Gift Pack Assortment
• R9476 Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ Large Talking Engine Assortment
• T2991 Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ Small Talking Engine Assortment Sounds Only
• T2999 Thomas & Friends™ Take-n-Play™ Large Talking Engine Assortment Sounds Only.

2. Mail a) your original receipt(s) dated from February 15, 2013 to December 31, 2013, b) 10 (ten) blister cards from your purchases (the entire cardboard piece, but not the vehicle or plastic window) for each Special Edition Silver Thomas Engine you are requesting, and c) a completed order form.

Entries will not be returned.

Requests must be postmarked by no later than January 14, 2014, and received by no later than January 28, 2014. The mail-in order form must accompany your request. There is a limit of 1 (one) Special Edition Silver Thomas Engine for every 10 (ten) Take-n-Play items you purchase within the Promotion Purchase Period, regardless of how many receipts those 10 (ten) Take-n-Play items are on. Offer is limited to 1 Special Edition Silver Thomas Engine per household for the entire Promotion

3. Receive a Special Edition Silver Thomas Engine in 8 – 12 weeks.

4. No copies or mechanical reproductions accepted. Material from non-compliant or duplicate requests will not be returned. Mattel Canada, Inc. (Mattel) is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, illegible, incomplete, undeliverable, destroyed or postage-due requests, or requests with inaccurate or incorrect information or typographical errors.

Damage to the blister card packaging of the Special Edition Silver Thomas Engine will not be considered a defect to the product, and thus replacements will not be provided. If Mattel can confirm delivery (via a traceable shipping method) at the address provided, Mattel will be under no obligation to replace the shipment.

This offer is valid for purchases made in, and orders mailed from, Canada, excluding entries from Quebec. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws.
