Easy-as-Pie Mini-Pizzas
Ingredients:
1 roll of refrigerated biscuit dough
Pizza sauce
Grated cheese of you choice
Pepperoni slices
Vegetables of your choice

Flatten individual refrigerator biscuits on a baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce, grated cheese, sliced pepperoni and vegetables (cut-up sweet peppers, broccoli, mushrooms). Bake according to directions on biscuit package.
